Not one for self-promotion, East Los Angeles College men's basketball head John Mosley prefers to have the success of his players and program highlighted and promoted.
With that said: when you lead a team to it's best record ever (29-1, 8-0 SCC-North), it only makes sense for a coach to be recognized as well.
Already named this past season's SCC-North Coach of the Year for men's basketball, Coach Mosley picks up another honor as he has been named the SCC Fall Men's Coach of the Year. It's the second time that Mosley has earned the honor (2013-14); typically the award is handed out once for the entire school year (one for men's sports and one for women's), but the conference decided to create a Fall and Spring award separately for the first time in SCC history.
