Troglia's playing experience includes collegiately for Cal State University of Los Angeles (CSLA), Women's Premier Soccer League (WPSL) for Rampage FC and LAFC, and overseas for a Division I Women's Professional team F.C. Girona, Spain.

Troglia possesses her USSF 'B' coaching license. She earned a Bachelors of Science in Business Marketing from Cal State University of Los Angeles, and a Master's of Science in Physical Education from Azusa Pacific.  She lives in Whittier California with her fiancé Andy Rea, two-dogs Buster, Bella, and son Mason.
